4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum purchase values as determined by DEEVYA AYURVEDA.

Once your order has been shipped:

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect address details,
Recipient unavailability,
Refusal to accept delivery,

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
