1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
Herbal supplements, medicines, oils, powders, or consumable products that have been opened.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Upon verification, we may offer:
A replacement product.
Store credit.
A refund, where applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support team.
Provide your order details and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization from DEEVYA AYURVEDA.
Ship the approved return to the address provided by our support team.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
You will receive confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
A damaged product.
A defective product.
An incorrect item sent by DEEVYA AYURVEDA.
In such cases, return shipping costs may be reimbursed or covered by us.
