Delivery of Products:

We suggest all our clients, staying outside India to check with your country for restrictions, duties and taxes collected from your country. Each country has different policy for clearance of herbal products. If Additional charges for customs clearance are there then it must be borne by you. These charges vary from country to country and we can’t predict what they can be.

In any case, if the parcel is returned due to RECEIVER NOT AT HOME, if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt the amount will be refunded after deducting the amount of courier expense, Gov. tax and charges paid for international money transfer.
